We are glad that you are visiting us to obtain information
regarding the Intelicare Health Programs by Consumer Health Choice Association
(CHCA).
CHCA is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting educational consumer resources and offering accessible membership programs, some of which include limited medical insurance benefits and other membership features.
Intelicare Health is a membership program consisting of two
components ---health insurance benefits and membership savings features.
Let’s first discuss what the health insurance component of the
program is.
The health insurance portion of the program is a limited medical insurance. Your benefit is a fixed dollar amount for specific health related occurrences such as hospitalization, doctor’s visits, or surgeries and more. For example, let’s assume you are hospitalized and your program choice is the
Intelicare Health Apex 1000. Your benefit will be $1000 a day up to 30 days per person.
The second program component is the member discount features
available for health related savings on prescription, dental, vision, hearing,
and more. Unlike the limited medical insurance benefits the
discount features are not insurance. But our goal remains the
same – helping you reduce your out-of-pocket costs when we can and where we
can!
In addition to the Select
or Apex the
Silver programs were recently added as a lower cost alternative
to the initial.
CHCA strives to continue to be in the forefront of creative health
solutions and in tune with the needs of individuals and families by pioneering
Quality and Affordable alternative options that are guarantee acceptance, are
federally qualified and are straightforward.
